The threat of labor release should encourage Ukrainians instead of striking, improve their professional level and develop new specialties, including business.
This is one of the main themes of "Misbalance of the labor market. Working professions: Realities and Prospects " round-table, that took place in Kiev on November 19, 2008. The debate was initiated by the public service employment, ESG Communications Group and the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine.

Participants of the discussion:

• CEO of the State Employment Service, Vladimir Galitsky
• Chairman Board of professional training at the Ministry of education of Ukraine, Petro Cachalovsky
• Executive director of the Confederation of Employers, Oleksiy Miroshnichenko and other market experts.

In the end, the roundtable participants agreed on the need to minimize deformation in the labor market. Each of the parties to social dialogue declared readiness to exert the required effort.
